1. Taraflar:

Bu sözleşme, bir tarafta Burak Yüksel(bundan sonra “Satıcı” olarak anılacaktır), diğer tarafta ise [Alıcı Adı Soyadı] (bundan sonra “Alıcı” olarak anılacaktır) arasında aşağıda belirtilen şartlar doğrultusunda akdedilmiştir.

2. Sözleşme Konusu:

2.1. Satıcı, Alıcı’ya aşağıda belirtilen ürün/hizmeti satmayı ve teslim etmeyi taahhüt eder.

2.2. Alıcı, Satıcı’dan belirtilen ürün/hizmeti satın almaya ve ödeme yapmaya taahhüt eder.

3. Sipariş ve Ödeme:

3.1. Alıcı, ürün/hizmeti, Satıcı’nın internet sitesi üzerinden veya diğer uzaktan iletişim araçlarıyla sipariş verir.

3.2. Ödeme, Alıcı’nın tercih ettiği ödeme yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilir.

4. Teslimat:

4.1. Ürün/hizmet, Alıcı’nın belirttiği teslimat adresine belirtilen süre içinde ulaştırılır.

5. İptal ve İade:

5.1. Alıcı, Satıcı’dan satın aldığı ürün/hizmeti, teslimat tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde herhangi bir sebep göstermeksizin iptal edebilir.

5.2. İade talepleri, Satıcı’nın belirlediği prosedürlere uygun olarak gerçekleştirilir.

6. Garanti:

6.1. Satıcı, satılan ürün/hizmetin ayıplı veya arızalı olması durumunda, Alıcı’ya garanti kapsamında çözüm sunmayı taahhüt eder.

7. Kişisel Veriler:

7.1. Alıcı, sipariş verirken paylaştığı kişisel verilerinin Satıcı tarafından kullanılmasını kabul eder.

8. Yetki ve Yargı:

8.1. İşbu sözleşme ile ilgili tüm uyuşmazlıklarda Türk hukuku geçerlidir. Taraflar, olası anlaşmazlıkların çözümü için Muğla mahkemelerini yetkili kılarlar.

İşbu Uzaktan Satış Sözleşmesi, taraflar arasında anlaşmış ve iki nüsha olarak düzenlenmiştir.

Distance Sale Contract

1. Parties:

This contract is entered into between Burak Yüksel (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) on one side, and [Buyer Name Surname] (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) on the other side.

2. Subject of the Contract:

2.1. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the product/service specified below to the Buyer.

2.2. The Buyer commits to purchase and make the payment for the specified product/service from the Seller.

3. Order and Payment:

3.1. The Buyer places an order for the product/service through the Seller’s website or other remote communication tools.

3.2. Payment is made using the payment method preferred by the Buyer.

4. Delivery:

4.1. The product/service is delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer within the specified period.

5. Cancellation and Return:

5.1. The Buyer may cancel the purchased product/service without stating any reason within [X] days from the delivery date.

5.2. Return requests are processed in accordance with the procedures specified by the Seller.

6. Warranty:

6.1. The Seller undertakes to provide a solution under the warranty if the sold product/service is defective or faulty.

7. Personal Data:

7.1. The Buyer accepts the use of the personal data shared during the order by the Seller.

8. Authority and Jurisdiction:

8.1. Turkish law shall apply to all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. The parties designate the courts of [City of the Seller] as competent for the resolution of any disputes.

This Distance Sale Contract has been agreed upon and executed in two copies by the parties.
